AI Product Leader who ships AI

AI Product Leader turning complex AI into scalable SaaS that drives real business impact. At Workday, I own the strategy for Contract Intelligence (Evisort), building the future of agentic AI and document intelligence, and I train and ship models in the open on the side.

AI product work at Workday, on Evisort

The contract intelligence work, written in plain terms and kept public-safe. No confidential metrics, customers or roadmap, just the shape of the problems and what I did about them.

Custom models for Contract Intelligence

Owning the product direction for custom AI models that read dense legal and commercial contracts and turn them into structured, usable intelligence.

The problem. Enterprise legal and procurement teams need contract understanding tuned to their own language and workflows, not a generic one-size-fits-all model.

What I did. I shape the vision and requirements for these models and work closely with data science on what accuracy has to mean in a regulated domain.

Two rapid-prototyping playbooks

I designed two rapid-prototyping processes, a 6-day Ship Loop and a 2-week Sprint Loop, that get Product, UX, Engineering and Machine Learning moving as one and lift velocity without giving up discipline.

The problem. AI features are hard to judge on paper, and four functions pulling in different directions burns time. The teams needed a shared, repeatable path from idea to something real, fast, but with the rigor intact.

What I did. Both run the same six stages, Frame, Build, Eval, Dogfood, Alpha and Ship-or-Kill, each with an explicit success metric and kill criteria. The 6-day Ship Loop pushes a thin slice to a ship-or-kill call in a working week; the 2-week Sprint Loop adds runway to build two or three variants in parallel and test with real users. Same discipline, two speeds.

UX reviews with customers

Validating AI experiences directly with the people who use them, so the product reflects real workflows rather than assumptions.

The problem. AI can look impressive in a demo and still miss how legal and procurement teams actually work.

What I did. I run UX reviews with customers and feed what we learn straight back into the design before decisions harden.

Modernising legacy AI platform tech

Evolving older AI platform technology towards a more agentic, MCP-based architecture so it can reason across documents and plug into a wider agent ecosystem.

The problem. Legacy AI tooling was built before agents and standard protocols, which limited how far the product could go.

What I did. I drive the direction towards agentic patterns and the Model Context Protocol, while protecting the customers already on the existing experience.

The proof that the product instincts are earned. Diffusion training tools, dataset curation, ComfyUI nodes and fine-tuned models, built and shared in public.

Professional Experience

Senior AI Product Manager (Evisort)

Workday

Workday
2026 - PresentDublin, Ireland
Key Responsibilities
  • I own the product vision and roadmap for Contract Intelligence at Evisort, using LLMs and custom AI models to read dense legal and commercial agreements and turn them into structured data teams can actually use.
  • A lot of my work is 0-to-1: writing prototype briefs, building prototypes, and running UX reviews with customers so we learn what is worth shipping before committing real engineering to it.
  • I work hand in hand with the data science team rather than throwing specs over a wall, defining what accuracy has to look like in a legal or financial context and getting ML into design conversations before the UX is locked.
  • I am helping move a legacy AI platform towards a more agentic, MCP-based architecture, while protecting the customers already on the existing experience.
  • Accuracy is a hard gate for me, not a thing to fix later. In a domain where a wrong clause can become a real liability, I do not push to GA without ML sign off.
Key Achievements
  • Set the product direction for custom Contract Intelligence models, working closely with data science on what accuracy has to mean in a regulated domain.
  • Drove AI features from prototype brief through working prototype and customer UX review, so the team backed the right bets early.
  • Helping evolve legacy AI platform technology towards agentic, MCP-based patterns without disrupting existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Led product strategy and roadmap for VMware's Cloud Services Platform, defining the north-star commerce experience for customers and partners and driving initiatives central to VMware's SaaS transformation, generative AI and consumption-based cloud operations.
  • Owned the product vision and roadmap for pillars of the commerce experience in CSP, translating customer and partner needs into end-to-end user stories that engineering across multiple orgs could execute against.
  • Partnered with engineering, design and business teams to convert user stories into engineering requirements, driving execution through agile delivery as the technical decision-maker throughout development.
  • Aligned and influenced multiple cross-functional teams toward a shared product vision across the CSP organisation, and championed an inclusive team culture and active allyship.
Key Achievements
  • Shipped Departmental Management, the multi-tenancy capability for projects and folders with ACL-based access control, giving enterprise customers governed isolation across teams within a single tenant.
  • Drove the In-Product Feedback tool from concept to launch: a global feedback channel embedded in both the cloud and on-prem headers, with information redaction, AI-assisted triage and sentiment analysis, turning unstructured customer signal into routed, actionable insight at scale.
  • Defined and instrumented success metrics for new capabilities in-market, feeding customer feedback back into the roadmap to improve the product and move KPIs.
